It
is important to refer to the Jewish Jesus, instead of calling him “Yeshua”
in conversations with people who have never heard that name before. “Jewish
Jesus” reminds people that his culture was Jewish. He was
not a Christian or Gentile. The Jewish culture of Jesus was also the culture of
