When
I was in the US Air Force I was part of a medical unit. We regularly trained
for how to respond to biological attacks on America. One type of attack was the
infiltration of city water systems with deadly biological agents. The other was
the spread of deadly biological agents from aircrafts. We would participate in unscheduled
drills to practice our roles in those situations. At the center of the response
